Here is the agenda for our next reunion. It will be held in Reno, Nevada at the Circus-Circus Hotel and Casino. The dates are October 5th through the 8th. Our room rates will be $50.00 per room per night and will be good on Sunday the 4th to Thursday the 9th.
Monday will be check in day with trhe opening of our hospitality room.
The rest of day one is for getting settled in and comeraderery in the hospitality room.
Tuesday sometime we will take a tour of Virginia City and Carson City.
A time has not been made yet the the start of the tour. Wee will need at least 55 people to sign up for the tour for it to take place. I should mention that the tour is optional. The cost to take the tour will vary from $40.00 per person ( Virginia City only no Lunch), $56.00 per person (Virginia City only with lunch), and $66.00 per person (Virginia City and Carson City with lunch) The tour can last up 5 hours.
Those not taking the tour will have the day and night to do as they please. The hospitality room will be open at all times during the reunion.
Wednesday morning we will have a meeting to go over old and new business, have a small ceremony, and pass out awards. We will have an open mic for anyone that has something to say and maybe sell tickets for a raffle. If a raffle is held we will annouce the winners at the banquet diner Wednesday night.
At the banquet we will have live entertainment, the meal will be buffet style.
We are trying to keep the cost down in hopes that more people will attend. We are looking into getting hats or T-shirts it will depend on the cost if we include one or the other.
The hospitality room will close Wednesday night after the last person leaves the room.
I have already printed up 50 reunion books to pass out at the reunion. I will be doing the same thing I did in St Louis and make a separate book for the actual reunion and mail it out.

Lloyd King REUNION HOST

Ffrom Lloyd (01-01-2008 09:15:26)

From Lloyd;
Sure hope this will keep the spammers out.
